1. Bring water to just below boiling (around 200°F/93°C). Pour hot water over white tea bag in a heatproof measuring cup or small bowl.

2. Steep tea for 3-5 minutes, then remove tea bag. Stir in honey while tea is still warm, if using. Allow to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.

3. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour cooled tea evenly between glasses.

4. Add guava juice to each glass, followed by freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
