1. Make hibiscus-cinnamon tea: Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, add hibiscus flowers and cinnamon sticks. Cover and steep 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing solids to extract maximum flavor. Chill completely.
